3 Focus in. What does this mean? What is the one single key message (Our ultimate title) that stares us in the face. What is the maximum 3 key underlying concepts that is different from that current state of what we know and think about. Definitely away from the current key focuses (Community of Practices, World cafes...)
4 Get more info. Only now hit the books and articles and focus on point 3.
5 Create many possibilities.
6 Focus to vital few
7 Action!
