IN A summary of what I hear

Commodities run out (especially water) – how can we regenerate energy? By adopting to change!

Strategic planning ‘Going blind into the future’, looking into the rear mirror (knowledge, by applying wisdom.

Creativity = knowledge + something (lateral thinking) will beat all the competition.

Active people, who know that they don’t know are go-getters. ‘Lazy’ people who know that they don’t know, are wise.

Knowledge can be dangerous and science can be complex. We live in the shadows of several revolutions – with the technological revolution being amidst us (even in ToysRUs). If the bigger picture is lost & globalization influence us too much, staccato-thinking & various versions of the truth.

All my acorns in the left brain.

I am the river bank – I guide, nurture and hope to know more.

What is in the hills? What can the hills tell us – they are ancient and wise.

If I create furrows I can water my crops. Rotate my crops for all seasons.

IN What does this mean to us?

Wisdom = desirable = constantly useful.

Adapting (improvising) your level of relevant, useful & applied knowledge via planned/incremental lateral thinking, which could enhance/regenerate your sustainability & personal wealth.

Try to be a dynamic, lifelong knowledge worker, by utilizing people (laughing, reading & thinking).

Knowledge = trees. Wizards in the shade of the knowledge tree.

Agility

Knowledge should be argued – from the positive side for added contribution.

If I need more knowledge – need to add and add – wisdom you need to subtract and subtract.

OUT A summary of what I think

Knowledge can be bought? I don’t think so – knowledge can only be constructed by the self.

Information can be bought ….Knowledge = giving personal meaning to public information (my view).

The Laziness-Wisdom link sounds unlogical. ‘Lazy is not the antecedent of being active!

How can one adequately distinguish various kinds of knowledge from the real truth? The truth gets to us via filtered (and overtly blown up) versions, because it’s information – and information = subjective & non-constructed (or re-constructered versions of the truth.

What are we doing now that we will hate ourselves for in 50 years?

Watch out for the coconut!

We knew it – but how can we recombine it?

It is important to be vigilant and alert.

Knowledge is within, requires one to identify and become innovative.

Knowledge needed is already there – should rethink approach.

Scenarios important.

Investors: humility, openness, positive.

Work together – Put together – Show how to – Do/Apply differently.

Is it good or bad to be exposed to ‘bad’ (read, see, hear)?
